Project overview

AVIOX has been developing the Vulfguard flying-wing aircraft since September 2024. The work covers the interaction between aircraft geometry, aerodynamics, flight stability, structure, modular construction, FDM manufacturability, landing-gear integration and practical system packaging.

The aircraft is unusually large for an airframe manufactured predominantly with FDM printing. CFRP reinforcement and conventional hardware are used where required, while the printed geometry is designed around realistic production, assembly and maintenance constraints.

Iterative aircraft development

The platform has been built and flight-tested, with development decisions informed by real manufacturing and operating experience. The current focus is continued technical maturity, aircraft performance, reliability and practical manufacturability rather than exposing detailed subsystem information publicly.
