Custom UAV design & development
Mission analysis, configuration selection, preliminary sizing, aerodynamics, flight stability, propulsion, CAD, packaging and detailed design for mission-specific unmanned aircraft.
UAV design & development →UAV engineering services
AVIOX supports UAV programs from feasibility and preliminary aircraft design through aerodynamics, CAD and manufacturing-oriented engineering. Work can cover conventional fixed-wing UAVs, flying wings, VTOL aircraft, multirotors and specialized aircraft built in FDM 3D printing, CFRP composites or hybrid construction.
Mission analysis, configuration selection, preliminary sizing, aerodynamics, flight stability, propulsion, CAD, packaging and detailed design for mission-specific unmanned aircraft.
UAV design & development →Tailless aircraft require dedicated treatment of airfoils, twist, lift distribution, CG range, control authority and stability. AVIOX has substantial practical experience with large flying-wing UAV programs.
Flying-wing engineering →Concept engineering for lift+cruise VTOL, tailsitter configurations, quadrotors and other multirotor aircraft, including propulsion sizing, packaging, transition constraints and fixed-wing integration where applicable.
VTOL & multirotor development →Aircraft geometry and structures adapted to real manufacturing methods: FDM 3D printing, CFRP composite construction, CNC, wood and hybrid designs, with attention to segmentation, assembly, tooling and production constraints.
FDM & CFRP aircraft design →Aircraft configurations
Endurance, range and payload-driven aircraft with conventional or unconventional layouts.
Tailless aircraft with integrated aerodynamic, stability and structural design.
Lift+cruise, tailsitter and other configurations that combine vertical operation with wing-borne flight.
Quadrotor and multirotor concepts where hover capability and compact operation are central requirements.
Engineering scope
Projects do not need to start with a complete specification. An early phase can be used to determine whether the requested payload, range, endurance, speed, manufacturing method and operational constraints are mutually compatible. Once the concept is credible, the work can progress into aerodynamic layout, aircraft geometry and detailed design.
For projects that require additional specialist analysis, the development scope can be defined around the actual risk rather than applying the same level of engineering effort to every aircraft.
Custom UAV engineering
Send the mission, performance targets, payload and manufacturing constraints. A compact first phase can establish the most credible development path.
